MORE than 400 people have registered interest in just 37 new homes in Tamworth.

Elan Homes is developing a 2.5 acre site on Dosthill Road to provide two, three and four-bedroom homes to cater for a variety of buyers and budgets.

In response to the high levels of interest the development, known as Dosthill Gate , will be released for sale off plan from March 31.
