Hundreds Register Interest In New Homes In Tamworth

MORE than 400 people have registered interest in just 37 new homes in Tamworth.

Elan Homes is developing a 2.5 acre site on Dosthill Road to provide two, three and four-bedroom homes to cater for a variety of buyers and budgets.

In response to the high levels of interest the development, known as Dosthill Gate, will be released for sale off plan from March 31.

Regional sales director Tracey Ball said: “We’ve been inundated with enquiries from potential purchasers keen to find out more about our new homes in Tamworth. The fact that so many people have registered their interest reflects that there’s a high demand for housing in the area. While we’re only building 37 new homes, there will be something for first time buyers, families, downsizers and everything in between.

“Due to the volume of enquiries we’ve received, we’ll be releasing the first phase of properties for sale off plan from our Seven Acres development in Elford ahead of a show home opening in Tamworth in the summer.”

Prices for the new homes in Tamworth will be announced at the launch. It’s anticipated that the first properties will be ready to move into in autumn/ winter.
