Independent housebuilder Dandara hosted a Part Exchange & Assisted Move event at its Millers View development in Elsenham on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th March.  

With 57% of people finding moving homes the most stressful life event*, the Part Exchange and Assisted Move weekend gave house hunters the support in making their move run smoothly and stress-free.

Visitors got the chance to seek financial support from mortgage advisors Evolve and The Mortgage Brain over the two days, as they provided guidance on the current housing market for those looking to take their next step on the property ladder.

The housebuilder is also offering a number of incentives for buyers where they can save up to £10,000 on selected homes with a tailor-made package to go towards Stamp Duty and mortgage contributions if reserved by the 31st March 2024.
