Double Milestone For New Homes In Daresbury

WITH the first homeowners moved in and more than half of the first phase already snapped up, it’s a double success for Castle Green Homes in Daresbury.

The homebuilder recently welcomed the first residents to its Bridgewater View development.

Bridgewater View is a key site for the business, which has its North West headquarters at nearby Preston Brook.

Plans for the wider development could eventually see circa 350 homes built across 31 acres of land at Red Brow Lane.

Caryll Russell, sales and marketing director for Castle Green Homes, said: “Work on the first phase of Bridgewater View is progressing well.  We’ve sold more than half of the 23 private sale properties in the initial phase. We’re now enjoying seeing the houses we’ve built become real homes as people start moving in. Those who’ve bought in the development’s early stages will be able to help shape the new community as it grows around them.”

Current availability includes a choice of three and four-bedroom homes, with prices from £339,995.

There are three show homes available to view, plus a wealth of digital resources to help inspire buyers via the award-winning Willow customer portal.

“Willow is a fantastic tool as it really brings the site plan to life enabling buyers to understand the development layout including where individual properties are positioned. They can ‘walk’ around the development and ‘inside’ homes before they’re built with the option of viewing properties furnished or unfurnished,” Caryll explained.

“Those who create a Willow account will be the first to know when we release more homes for sale as work progresses on site. Once they’ve reserved a home, Willow effectively becomes their digital new homes assistant keeping them updated on the build progress of their home. All of their documents will be stored there, and they’ll be able to use Willow to personalise their new home.”

The homes at Bridgewater View are being built just off the A56, close to the Bridgwater Canal, with potential for some lovely views of the canal.

In time there’ll be a cycle path to connect to the nearby Science Park and a footpath down to the canal.

Warrington, Runcorn, Chester, Altrincham, Liverpool and Manchester all within commuting distance.

The bars and restaurants of Stockton Heath are only 10 minutes away by car, plus there are two golf courses within easy reach – Walton Hall Golf Club and Warrington Golf Club.
