Have Yourself a November to Remember with L&Q
Having helped an impressive number of almost 1,000 households onto the property ladder throughout 2023 so far, L&Q has announced a range of incentives available throughout November, aimed at helping even more buyers onto the property ladder.
Kickstarting on 1st November, L&Q Shared Ownership customers who reserve before 30th November will receive their rent paid for up to six months at selected developments*.

Developments involved in the November incentive include L&Q at Kidbrooke Village, where buyers will receive their rent paid for up to six months* when reserving between 1st and 30th November.
