Leaders Romans Group’s Land & Development Team Confirms New Option in Staplehurst, Kent to Macar Developments

National property services company, Leaders Romans Group (LRG), acting on behalf of a private landowner, has overseen the exchange of a residential development site in Staplehurst, near Tonbridge in Kent.

Macar Developments, which specialises in the design and delivery of luxury new homes, hopes to complete on the purchase, with an option agreement, imminently.

Macar Developments’ origins are in South London and Kent. It is one of the area's premium housebuilders and has a strong track record of large scale developments. Macar deliberately selects designs which are sustainable, ethical and considerate to local communities.

Leaders Romans Group identified the 4 acre site as having development potential and following a period of marketing Macar was selected as the landowner’s preferred development partner.  Macar will begin the process of promoting the site through the planning process which will include extensive community consultation.
