Last chance with Help to Buy at energy efficient West Sussex developments

With the Help to Buy deadline fast approaching, buyers can take advantage of the scheme for the last time at Dandara’s developments in West Sussex where a limited selection of energy efficient two and three bedroom homes and two bedroom apartments are available with the scheme. 

The housebuilders Fontwell Meadows development on Fontwell Avenue, Fontwell and its Paddock View development on North End Road, Yapton are both selling fast, with many buyers acting to not only use Help to Buy but also make the most of the recently announced stamp duty cuts.   

The homes include a number of energy efficient measures including energy efficient light bulbs used where possible to reduce electricity consumption, energy efficient combi boilers, as well as bathrooms designed with water saving features and fittings which help save litres of water a day per person.  

Thanks to these features, the homes benefit from a B EPC rating meaning buyers could save an average of £435 a year on energy bills, with the biggest savings on heating bills - which are on average 59% cheaper on a new build compared to existing homes.*
